Friday 03. 04. 20 This is another small oil on paper of a window box on the railings on the Rue Gambetta where it crosses over Le Rhonel. There are a number of these boxes all over Clermont.

Thursday 02. 04. 20 Picked up Irises from George and Laurene today to brighten up my kitchen. Are they ever hard to draw!

Wednesday 01. 04. 20 Today was market day in Clermont, normally a time when everybody is out on the street shopping, chatting and generally bustling along. Not today, there were one 3 stalls, Patrick & Beatrice, Lionel and the Charcouterie. I have never seen it so quiet.

Tuesday 31. 03. 20 This is a painting of my street. My house is on the right with the orange garage door. Alas not a great photo. It is hard to keep these paintings on paper flat when you shoot them.

Monday 30. 03. 20 I have been working on this one today. I always find something ballet-like about Plane trees. Perhaps that is why they sometimes refer to branches as limbs.
