We had a great time and managed to get to some galleries. Saw a disturbing installation in Hoxton by <em>Ryan Gander<\/em> called <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.artangel.org.uk\/projects\/2011\/locked_room_scenario\">Locked Room Scenario<\/a><\/em> set in an old disused factory, the <em>Poussin\/ Twombly<\/em> show at the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dulwichpicturegallery.org.uk\/\">Dulwich<\/a><\/em> which was a disappointment &#8211; too cramped to really work. On Saturday we went to an interesting installation by <em>Michelangelo Pistoletto<\/em> at the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.serpentinegallery.org\/exhibitions.html\">Serpentine<\/a><\/em> plus the <em>Pavillion<\/em> had a wonderful wildlife garden designed by <em>Piet Oudolf<\/em>. On Monday just managed to catch the <em>Lautrec with Jane Avril<\/em> show at the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.courtauld.ac.uk\/gallery\/index.shtml\">Courtauld<\/a><\/em> before flying back here<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tuesday 13. 09. 11 Just back from a long weekend in London where I met Julia and stayed at Maryann&#8217;s.
